This project breathes new life into an existing park depot building nestled in the perimeter of the Myatt’s Fields grade 2 listed park. The proposals extend and infill the original Depot to reveal a new micro community centre with food growing – and a greenhouse – at its heart. Dan was initially commissioned to run a series of brief development sessions with Depot users, and went on to secure full planning permission in a conservation area based on a uniquely detailed concept scheme. The project has competed Technical Design is currently at pre-contract stage.
